2021 is the opening year of Changrong's strategic upgrade and leapfrog development. In this year, the "family farm model" was upgraded to "Changrong model", while Changrong innovated the concept of "team export" talent development. Under the severe situation of non-plague normalization, the core competitiveness of livestock breeding enterprises must be a strong team. After interview and evaluation, a total of 25 people participated in the induction training, including 18 people from the production center, 2 people from the finance department, 2 people from the marketing department, 1 person from the laboratory, 1 person from the engineering project department and 1 person from the human resources department.

 

 

Mr. Yao Jun, the chairman of Changrong, gave a speech. Mr. Yao instructed the new employees present to position themselves accurately and fully understand the importance of each position, and at the same time, he hoped that they would set up goals and study diligently, shared Changrong's talent development concept of valuing and respecting employees, and proclaimed Changrong's corporate culture of openness and tolerance, becoming self-reliant and partnership.

 

 

Mr. Luo Yunfeng, Human Resources Manager, introduced the schedule of the induction training to all new colleagues and led them to understand the development history of Changrong together, focusing on the Changrong culture manual "Changrong Says". Manager Luo hoped everyone would adapt to the working environment as soon as possible, adjust their mindset, find the right role as soon as possible, adhere to the three core values of Changrong, and grow up in Changrong.

 

 

 

Regarding leadership, in the training session, the company arranged for new employees to learn systematically about the GROW model, SMART principle, tree of trust, communication model, and the five barriers to teamwork, etc. The participants discussed in groups and shared their understanding of the learning content.

 

 

Han Jianbo, the marketing manager of Changrong's internal trainer, led a wonderful sharing and interaction on how to build high performance people, and his vivid, colorful and passionate state was loved by the new colleagues.

 

 

 

Visit to Changrong Phase III

The advanced production process and intelligent facilities and equipment opened the eyes of the new employees, who were patiently answered by Yang Zejun, the field manager of Changrong Phase III.
