In the golden autumn, a group of young faces were welcomed by Changrong Agrotech.

On the morning of October 23, 2021, 100 new students of the 2021 class of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Shanxi Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational Technology College lined up neatly, boarded the bus at 8:00 a.m. sharp and took three buses, led by Director Yao Yi, Teacher Gao Lina and Teacher Guo Jingying, and set off for the practical training course at the Changrong III breeding farm of Changrong Agricultural Science located near Zhangying Town, Yongji City.

The course was delivered by Yang Zejun, the workshop manager of Changrong Phase III. Yang Zejun graduated from The Department of Agriculture and Forestry Engineering of Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College in 2017, majoring in animal husbandry and Veterinary medicine. Yang Led the students to introduce the function division of the piggery, production process, facilities and equipment, staff accommodation and other topics that students care about. Listen to the teacher's explanation, the students listen carefully, remember seriously, for fear of missing the key. They didn't seem like a two-month-old freshman.

The short practical training course ended with a question and answer session, and the students were reluctant to leave and asked about the arrangements for their holiday internship. At noon, the company arranged a light lunch of burgers, fruits and yogurt for the students.

80% of the staffs in the production center of Changrong come from Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College, and a large proportion of the production supervisors and production field managers graduated from Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College. Together, we are all brothers and sisters, which is an important reason for the high stability of Changrong staff. Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College, as a strategic cooperative College of Changrong agricultural science, has a school enterprise cooperation relationship for nearly ten years.
