In 2022, Changrong and the Royal Netherlands GD Animal Health Center launched a one-year laboratory training program, attracting 17 trainees from Evergreen Lab, Human Resources Department and value chain partners. Recently, the training was successfully completed.

The laboratory training program adopts the English online teaching method, the course content is tailored to the specific needs of Changrong Agriculture, with strong professionalism and practicality, covering two modules of laboratory management and veterinary research, specifically involving biosafety, experimental quality control system, molecular diagnosis, sample detection and pretreatment, immunization vaccine application, disease diagnosis intervention detection, Data collection, developments and trends in new technologies, etc.

This education and training not only expanded the students' international vision, deepened the understanding and application of laboratory and veterinary knowledge, but also promoted the optimization and upgrading of Changrong Laboratory, strengthened the biosecurity protection capability of Changrong Value Chain, and laid a good foundation for subsequent relevant work and research.
