2021 Internship induction training notes
From July 12 to 14, 2021, the induction training for 2021 interns of Shanxi Changrong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Shanxi Rongkun Star Holiday Hotel. A total of 38 middle school and college interns attended this induction training, respectively from Shanxi Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, Changzhi Vocational and Technical College, Lvliang Agricultural School and Yuncheng College. Mr. Yao Jun, Chairman of Changrong Agrotech, Mr. Yue Xi, Vice President of Operations, Mr. Jing Baokui, Vice President of Engineering Projects, Mr. Zhao Guangxing, Director of Education and Training Center, and other company management were all present.Zhu Guangnan, the international project manager of Changrong strategic partner Dan Russia, and Dr. Wang Liang, director of the teaching and Research Office of the Department of agricultural and forestry engineering of Yuncheng Agricultural Vocational College, were specially invited to attend this meeting.

Among the 38 employees, 28 were animal husbandry and veterinary students and 25 were post-00 students. The new employees laid a good foundation for Changrong to train high quality pig farm managers in a high standard and systematic way.

Training site
The induction training consists of two days of theoretical training (including: training mobilization, corporate introduction, company culture manual, leadership and business introduction of each department) and one day of practical training visit, aiming at familiarizing new colleagues with each other and having a preliminary understanding and knowledge of Changrong.
New employee sharing and interaction
With the encouragement and expectation of the management, the new colleagues showed the spirit of the young generation of animal husbandry who chose a line of work and loved it, thought hard and loved innovation, and were positive and willing to learn. Yang Zejun, the production manager of Changrong Phase III, led the new employees to visit Phase III and patiently explained the layout and equipment functions of the pig farm.
