On April 12, Mr. Qiu Huaji, director of the Swine Infectious Disease Research Laboratory and head of the Swine Fever Research Group of Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, visited Changrong to research and guide the development of animal husbandry industry and the research of non-fever prevention and control technology.

In the morning of April 12, in the conference room of Changrong Future Technology Center, Mr. Yao Jun, Chairman of Changrong Agrotech, introduced Changrong Agrotech's development history, future strategic planning and biosafety management to Mr. Qiu, which was fully affirmed by Mr. Qiu.

After that, Mr. Qiu and his team discussed and exchanged views with the senior management team of Changrong Agrotech and DanRussia International on the construction of biosafety system and non-plague prevention and control, and made a lot of valuable suggestions on how to establish a scientific and appropriate biosafety system to effectively prevent and control diseases in pig farms. 

After the meeting, accompanied by Mr. Yao Jun, Chairman of Changrong, Mr. Yue Xi, Vice President of Operations, Mr. Zhang Quan, Director of Production and the senior management team of Changrong partner Dan-Russia International, Mr. Qiu visited Changrong Phase I, II and III successively. After a detailed understanding of Changrong Agrotech's whole industry chain model and production layout, Mr. Qiu and his team gave high praise to the company.

Mr. Qiu pointed out that focusing on biosecurity is a powerful weapon to deal with African swine fever, focusing on biosecurity and feed nutrition, emphasizing environmental control and disease prevention and control, proposing strategies such as cut-off, barrier, decontamination and dilution to keep the virus away from or less in contact with susceptible pigs as much as possible.
